At VRKSA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Certain items, such as Artworks, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our support team at care@vrksa.in with your order details and reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at care@vrksa.in with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
For approved returns, a prepaid return label may be issued in specific cases.
