How to Use
1. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush.
2. Brush gently in circular motions for 2 minutes.
3. Spit out excess toothpaste and wait a few minutes before rinsing for optimal effect.
4. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and ensure fresher breath.
5. For best results, use twice daily.
